First off, you will need to use the cooking skill tab, and should take you to a place with a range. This is in catherby.

What you need:Yourself, Fish and Possibly 99 fishing to be able to cook maximum lvl raws.
Where to start: Click cooking skill.
Levels to start a new raw fish:

Shrimp: 1-41
Lobsters: 41-61
Sharks: 61-71
manta rays: 71-99

Get a full invo of fish and use with the range in the cooking house..there is a bank to the west of the cooking house.

my gosh, cooking used 2 b 1 of my favorite in rs 2 lvl , lol me and a couple of my friends used 2 cook 2gether all the time - mostly at Lobsters ( at tht place u have 2 pay 10gp 2 go on Boat) lol =p
